Do you store our RFPs / tender docs?
Yes. We store the files you upload and the extracted text/requirements so your team can work the matrix. We use reasonable safeguards and trusted subprocessors (Supabase for data/storage).
Can we delete our data?
Yes. You can delete projects/documents in-app. If you need full account/org deletion, contact support and we’ll help remove remaining data within reasonable operational limits.
How accurate is extraction?
Extraction is a starting point. It works well on clean PDFs/DOCX, but you should always review and edit before submission—especially for “must/shall” requirements and scanned documents.
What file formats do you support?
PDF and DOCX for tender/RFP documents. Evidence can include URLs, notes, and uploaded files (PDF/DOCX/images).
Do you train AI models on our documents?
We don’t train our own models on your documents. We may use an AI provider as a subprocessor to help with extraction/drafts; you should review their terms and always verify outputs.
Can multiple team members collaborate?
Yes. You can assign owners, track status (draft/review/final), and coordinate evidence. Team size depends on plan entitlements.
